To check if it is archived in the iOS Messenger app, you first need to open the Messenger app on your iPhone or iPad. Then click on the profile picture and click on the archived chat. Another way is to download data from Facebook. Facebook keeps the message on the server for some time and then deletes it. For that reason, messages can be retrieved by downloading Facebook data.
1. Download Facebook data from the iOS Messenger app
Sometimes data can be returned to send a copy of your data to Facebook. Only messages can be sent to that data. To do this, first, open the Messenger app and click on your image at the bottom of the screen. Then scroll down and select Account Settings.
After doing so, scroll again and go to the Facebook Information section and click on the Download Profile Information option. Then on the open screen, you have to tick next to the message option. It also happens when unchecking other genres. The genre report you checked is available there.
Now scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the Create File option. Facebook will then create a report and contact you when it is created. This shows that it is pending. Messenger data is found faster than other data. You can get the required information by looking at that report.
2. Download data from Facebook's website
Facebook data can also be downloaded from a computer. To do this, open Facebook in a web browser and select the Settings and Privacy option in the menu by clicking on the down arrow at the top left of the Facebook page. Then on the open screen, select Settings and select Privacy. Select your Facebook information from the privacy sidebar. Then select the Download Profile Information option and click on View.
If the message has not been checked, it should be done. You need to remove the unwanted information from the check and select the Create File option. After the report is completed, Facebook informs that the file is ready for download. Then you can download the file and see the deleted message.
